Standard pavilions use substantial solid timbers, typically 8×8 posts and headers and 6×6 truss members and rafters. Larger spans or a heavier timber appearance can call for larger members. Your project drawings and quote list the sizes for your configuration.

Yes. Choose a listed footprint or bring us your own width and length. We can also design around an existing roof pitch, span, or architectural style. Sizes describe the post footprint; roof overhangs make the roof footprint larger.

Precut framing, preassembled timber trusses, measured 3D drawings, post bases and specified anchors, connector hardware and structural screws, and 2×8 pine tongue-and-groove decking. Roofing and stain follow your selections. Decking attachment nails or screws are not included. If you do not want decking, discuss that change with us.

Yes. We prepare the framing and trusses to make the kit straightforward for a carpenter to assemble. Installation instructions and phone support are included. Heavy timbers still require suitable lifting equipment, temporary bracing, and an organized crew.

Yes. Send your dimensions and selections to request a free detailed quote and welcome packet. Our sales team will attempt to reach you within 24–48 hours, or as soon as possible on the next business day after weekends and holidays.

After the price, configuration, and payment plan are confirmed, our drafting team prepares your drawings. You review them, and we revise them as needed until the configuration is approved. Production follows approval, the signed purchase agreement, and the required material deposit.

We offer two- and three-payment options. With two payments, 50% is paid before drafting begins. With three payments, a $500 design payment starts drafting and is credited toward the 50% material deposit after approval. The remaining 50% is due when the kit is ready, before pickup or delivery. The separate $500 design payment is nonrefundable; the material deposit is nonrefundable after configuration approval and sign-off.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard drawings are not engineer-stamped. If engineering is requested or required for permits, we work with an engineer on site-specific pavilion plans before production. We do not provide foundation work or site engineering. Check permit and HOA requirements as soon as possible.

Standard-size pavilion kits typically take 4–6 weeks. Pavilion engineering or custom-size lumber can add 3–6 weeks. Custom trusses and material orders have their own schedules, which we confirm for your order.

Compare a smaller footprint, our standard kiln-dried pine, an unstained kit, or reduced decorative plating where the design allows it. Shop pickup also avoids delivery charges.

We do not offer in-house financing for timber kits. We can work with your bank or finance company and provide project documentation. Portable rent-to-own is a separate offering within 60 miles of our shop; call or email for details.

Your detailed quote includes its pricing terms. Before you move forward, we’ll review the price and details with you so you know what to expect.

Yes. We ship pavilion kits nationwide. Estimated delivery is $5 per one-way driving mile from our Henderson shop. We’ll use your full address and site access details to finalize the delivery route and arrangements.

You are responsible for unloading. Large kits need a capable skid steer, tractor with forks, all-terrain forklift, or large standard forklift. Very small kits may be unloaded by hand with plenty of help. We can estimate your kit weight so you can arrange suitable equipment.

Yes—we load your trailer. Plan for a trailer at least as long as the pavilion’s width, with a minimum length of 16 feet and a minimum capacity of 10,000 pounds. Check the trailer’s actual payload and your vehicle’s capacity against the estimated kit weight.

Installation is available within our work area and considered elsewhere on a case-by-case basis. When available, your sales representative prepares a separate installation quote. The online price is for the kit.

Portable units and kits are priced separately from our timber pavilion estimator. Call or email us for availability and pricing. Standard delivery and rent-to-own are available within 60 miles; longer delivery is considered individually and pickup has no geographic limit.

For longevity and a lasting finish, inspect and maintain the wood periodically. Expect stain touch-ups after assembly and cleaning and recoating as needed. Weather, sun exposure, and the finish determine the interval. Follow the stain manufacturer’s instructions.

Components such as stain, lumber, roofing, plating, and screws carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies by component. We also stand behind workmanship defects—contact us so we can review a concern with you.

We manufacture custom timber trusses, posts and beams, curved timber accents, faux beams, and pavilion kits. We also provide design services and steel plating. Call or email to discuss these projects; they are quoted separately from the pavilion estimator.
