About Woodland

Craftsmanship made practical.
Woodland began as a small pole-barn building company. Growing up around roofing and construction gave Joel Schrock a hands-on foundation in the building industry. Work on timber porches and trusses grew into the timber pavilion kits and custom products we make today.
Our goal is to supply quality timber products that are straightforward to install. Preassembled trusses, carefully prepared framing, and clear drawings help builders bring each project together efficiently.
Pavilion kits are our focus. We also build custom timber trusses and post-and-beam projects, provide design services and steel plating, and supply DIY kits for customers who want to do their own cutting and fabrication.
