How to order your pavilion.
From your first idea to your finished kit

You bring the ideas. We’ll help work through the details, prepare your drawings, and build a kit that’s ready for your next chapter outside.

Choose your payment plan.
We confirm the payment plan that works for your order and send your purchase agreement for review. Two- and three-payment options are available; your first payment starts drafting.
Review and approve your drawings.
Our design and drafting team prepares your drawings. We send them to you for approval. If changes are needed, we revise and repeat the review until you are happy with your configuration.
Approve your design.
Once your drawings and configuration are approved, sign the purchase agreement and complete any material deposit due under your payment plan. We then prepare your order for production.

Engineer & build
From plans to timber.
In our Henderson shop, our crew cuts and prepares the timbers for your pavilion. Your approved drawings guide the work, from the framing pieces to the preassembled trusses.
Complete engineering when needed.
If you request engineering or it is required for permits, we work with an engineer to prepare site-specific plans for your pavilion before production. Engineering can add 3–6 weeks to the timeline. Foundation and site engineering are arranged separately by you or your contractor.
We build your pavilion kit.
Your approved design goes into production. Standard-size kits typically take 4–6 weeks; pavilion engineering or custom-size lumber can add 3–6 weeks. We confirm the schedule for your configuration.
Ready & receive
Bring your pavilion home.
We’ll arrange the final details for pickup or delivery together.
Pay the remaining balance.
We’ll let you know when your kit is ready. The remaining 50% is due before pickup or delivery, and we’ll arrange the details with you.
Receive your kit.
Pick up at our Henderson shop or have your kit delivered. We load your trailer for shop pickup. For delivery, you are responsible for unloading and arranging suitable equipment.

Unloading your kit
Large kits require a capable skid steer, tractor with forks, all-terrain forklift, or large standard forklift. Very small kits may be unloaded by hand with plenty of help; confirm this with us beforehand. We can estimate your kit’s weight so you can arrange equipment with adequate capacity and reach.
Picking up at our shop
We load your kit onto your trailer. Plan for a trailer at least as long as the pavilion’s width, with a minimum trailer length of 16 feet and a minimum 10,000-pound capacity. Ask us for the estimated kit weight before choosing your trailer, and confirm its payload rating and your tow vehicle’s capacity.
Fully assembled portable pavilions follow a different delivery and placement process. Delivery and rent-to-own are available within 60 miles of our Henderson shop. Longer deliveries are considered individually. Customer pickup has no geographic restriction; confirm vehicle, loading, and scheduling arrangements for the unit.

Any applicable fuel surcharge is additional and is not included in the initial shipping estimate. The final shipping quote confirms the delivery details and any surcharge.
For example, a 200-mile one-way route gives a $1,000 shipping estimate before any fuel surcharge. ZIP-based distance is approximate; the delivery address confirms the final route.

Care after assembly
Expect stain touch-ups after assembly. Inspect your finish periodically and restain as needed for the wood, finish, exposure, and local conditions.
Warranty & workmanship
Stain, lumber, metal roofing, plating, screws, and other components carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. Coverage and terms vary by component. We stand behind workmanship defects; contact us if you have a concern so we can review it with you.
