Ordering Your Pavilion Kit: Here’s What to Expect...

Ordering a pavilion kit from Woodland Construction is simple, and we will guide you every step of the way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

1. Design & Selections
Once you decide on your pavilion, a $500 design retainer starts the process. During this stage, we’ll work with you to finalize:

  • Wood selection

  • Stain or finish selection

  • Roofing material

We’ll then provide a detailed 3D drawing of your pavilion so you can review the design, confirm dimensions, and make sure everything is exactly as you envisioned.

2. Approve Design & Submit Material Deposit
After approving the design and your selections, a material deposit equal to 40% of the project total (including your design retainer) is due. This deposit secures your place in our production queue.

3. Sign Purchase Agreement
Before manufacturing begins, we will provide a purchase agreement outlining all details of your project. To move forward, you’ll need to:

  • Review and sign the agreement

  • Confirm your wood, stain, and roofing selections

  • Submit the material deposit if not already done

4. Production & Manufacturing
Once all approvals are complete, your pavilion kit is carefully manufactured in our shop. All posts, headers, trusses, rafters, decking, and hardware are precision-cut and preassembled as needed, finished according to your selections.

5. Completion & Scheduling
When your pavilion is complete, we’ll notify you and arrange pickup or delivery. Our team ensures your kit is organized and ready for a smooth assembly.

6. Final Payment
The remaining balance, along with any approved change orders, is due prior to shipping or at pickup.

7. Buyer Responsibilities
To help your pavilion project go smoothly, you agree to:

  • Obtain all required permits and approvals

  • Follow local building codes and inform us of any applicable requirements

  • Provide adequate equipment to offload timber pavilion

  • Prepare your site for delivery/installation and provide clear access

  • Contact utility companies to locate underground lines before installation

  • Accept responsibility for excavation or site-related issues

8. Communication
At any point, you’re welcome to reach out via text, email, or phone with questions. We want this to be a seamless experience from start to finish.
